Instead of fund raising the Top 3 should be solving issues for the Wings CC, CCC, and Airmen. This would lead to more respect for SNCOs and more responsibilities. The new EPME will get us there, but this wi take 3 to 5 years. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>That's a very good question 1stSgt! I always wondered why the Top-3 never did anything throughout my career except come around once a year and ask me to donate to the chosen charity (usually Air Force Aid).
