<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As an Infantry commander in 08-09 with KFOR10, I recently wrote a memorandum that with the number of dismounted ops my unit ran in the sector (where open burning of waste was a daily occurrence) my Soldier should be considered under the open burn pit law. I have not heard if it was accepted or not. Sorry to hear of your condition and hope that you can get some resolution to your VA claim.
