Why is it that in almost every instance presidents have taken a stand, but the truth has always been the opposite?

President Bush took a stand claiming Iraq had a stockpile of WMD, when this proved wrong, Bush claimed that the stockpile of WMD was flushed down the Tigris and Euphrates, which was never evidenced. Later; the President was questioned about his source of information about the WMD in Iraq, to which he replied his Intelligence agencies got the information from allies and the ally got it from an African informant. Is this a good reason to wage war against a sovereign state, whether that state is a dictatorship? I am not against the riddance of Saddam, but I am against the tale that put troops in harm's way.

The sitting President claimed he had nothing to do with rigging the 2016 elections, but now there appears to be evidence to the contrary; why lie? When there was doubt that the election was rigged then, why not correct the issue and redo the election, regardless of whether the Opposition Candidate gave up or not; why not clear the doubt? I am only vouching for fair and unbiased information and, I don't care which candidate wins or loses a fair election.

To be fair, Iraq let the world think it still had WMD in order to make Iran believe it still had WMD. And it worked right up until the US invasion.

I cannot confirm or deny that two friends that served in the Iraq theater were both exposed to mustard gas in separate IED attacks. Both were debriefed by unidentified civilian types and were told it never happened at the end of the debrief. Fortunately the idiots who deployed them did not realize the bulk of the WMD would be burned off in the explosion.

One more point to contemplate! During the Iran-Iraq War, 1980- -, the culprits who introduced WMDs in the theater, was most likely the, US, Britain, France. Iraq did use WMDs, against the Iranians, where did they get it?

Perhaps it is the Washington elites and not a sitting president that run the country. What evidence have you seen that indicates the current President rigged the election? Perhaps this evidence has been put forth by these same Washington elites? At the end of the day, decisions are only as good as the information they were based on. Take Obama's classic line; "if you want your doctor, you can keep your doctor." I don't think Obama was trying to purposely mislead the American public, I think he had been given bad information.

Your question indicates a significant misunderstanding about the events and how they unfolded. I would do some actual research on these topics before making a post like this. Bush and many other world leaders believed Iraq had WMD's. The CIA did so did the Brits, French, Germans and Israelis. Sadaam bragged that he had them and don't forget, he actually used them on Kurds and during the Iraq/Iran war. You are simply incorrect that he had none or that this was a Bush thing.

Trump was not president in 2016. Obama was. Obama chastised Trump for saying that election interference was a concern. Go out on you tube, the videos are there. There is zero evidence, after 2 years, that Trump colluded with anyone. Mueller would have table it if he had it or it would have leaked. If there was tampering in the 2016 election, Obama was at the helm of the security apparatus to stop it. He did little.

Interesting how you chose two specific Presidents and ignored the "stands" proven to be false which our previous previous President took. For someone who claims he doesn't care which President wins or loses, you sure don't show it.

The fact is there were WMDs this much was confirmed long before Bush took office, when the UN listed them out for Iraq to not only remove/destroy, but to provide evidence of the destruction. So I ask you, if they could not produce the proof of their destruction/removal, what happened to them?

On the current President, what proof are you referring to which confirms President Trump had anything to do with rigging the election?
