Why is everyone so down on the Wounded Warrior Project? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/why-is-everyone-so-down-on-the-wounded-warrior-project <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>A few months ago I was released due to an injury. Now, the process of getting out was pretty tiring, but I can say that once I was out everyone has been very helpful. I have recently met a few fellow veterans who had some very harsh things to do about the Wounded Warrior Project. They have been nothing but helpful to me. I get emailed reminders of upcoming events and have even contacted me to see how my transition was going. Most of the complaints I have heard were from people who say they never "get" anything from WWP. What are you expecting to get? The only thing I ever contacted them about was help finding a computer to borrow for school. I was told by a contact at the WWP they didn't have computers to loan out, but they immediately got me in touch with an organization who sent me a tablet to use for my book and slideshows. Not a computer but anything is more than nothing. I am sure other experiences are different than mine, what does everyone think?
