Why is a person who questions political individuals, decisions and policy assumed to be a bigot or racist?

I made a post and wrote things I would like to know about POTUS. Where did he really come from, why did he seal all records. Why is there so many Muslims in key positions in the government? And was he properly vetted. He has a agenda and he has been very good at what he has dne. I was immediately called a racist. Are we so he'll bent to make everything racist and PC that we are getting carried away.

Because it's easier than debating the facts when you can shut down the conversation

Well, I'm not going to label you anything. But I think you should ask yourself why you care so much that people in the government are Muslims. Why should their religion matter? Why do you choose to identify someone by religion instead of looking at the person? As far as where Obama came from, that point is moot --settled information. Anyone who does not look at the evidence and accept it at this point is just a conspiracy theorist --and that begs the question, why don't you trust the evidence or at least the POTUS's integrity? Also, you need to stop with the PC thing. Not being politically correct does not give you some sort of free pass to slander or discriminate against people, nor does it grant you freedom from criticism.

MSgt. I really don't care for this administation and I certainly think we are not in good shape as a nation. Our debt is way to high, to many people our of work and we could go on and on.yes I care about who runs our nation, just take a look at the Congress. I have read in RallyPoint people concerned about PC in the military, is there to much. But many people are called racist over nothing. Example is the MIA flag racist. Is a pb and j racist. Guess I just get tired of hearing about it. Our military is in bad shape and things going on I never would have believed.

What Integrity do you speak of? The one where he allowed 4 Americans to die and then helped to blame a video for it? Or the Integrity to seal any record that might implicate him in criminal behavior. (Fast and Furious, Black Panther voter intimidation, School transcripts, Obamacare meetings, ect) Just because someone is elected to POTUS does not make them have Morals and integrity. It is every American Civic duty to question what the government does in peaceful way. Interesting how any questions directed towards the current POTUS are responded with executive privilege silence or accusations of racism. Reagan had 138 people investigated during his administration. He had no issues with having corruption rooted out. Funny how all the Scandals under the Obama administration seem to be shut down or dragged out for years then "Whats it matter now" is uttered.

MSgt John McGowan - not caring for or agreeing with the administration is perfectly acceptable. "Why are there so many Muslims?" Inflammatory.

Unfortunately this is a product of the society we are currently living in. We used to be able to have conflicting opinions, different views, and have a reasonable debate and part ways as friends. These days people have become so venomous and almost zealot-like in their opinions that if you don't agree with them 100% then clearly you support the other side.
For example, I have a friend who I've known since we were children. She is an adamant Bernie supporter. Well apparently there was a meme going around telling people how to make "Bernie Glowsticks" which was actually a recipe for making a chlorine bomb. Well I posted a warning for people to NOT try this because they will die. She saw my post and launched the most venomous tirade against me because I'm not a Bernie supporter and I'm just spreading hateful messages and I'm just trying to bring Bernie down etc etc.
For over 2 hours I was literally yelling at her to actually read the content of the post and how I was trying to warn the general public not to believe everything you read on the internet. She wasn't having any of it. She just continued her rant on how Bernie is going to change our country and hateful people like me need to be removed from the country. This was coming from a childhood friend.
Yes, people are getting carried away. It is nearly impossible to have reasonable discussions these days.

CPL You or so correct. I know now, most of the answers to my questions were more positive than negative. I knew it was going to get so attention but I wanted to know. There is still a lot I want to know but the government is hiding a lot of information.
