Are you actually addressing a commissioned officer with a college degree from a institute comparable to that of Harvard, Yale, Princeton and MiT, as a 'brat'?

If you have to ask the question, you clearly have some things to learn about responsibility, scope of duties, chain of command, Army life, etc. This thread is not going to be well received on here, I suggest if you really don't get it you ask your PSG.

I know I'm late to the game on this but...

He gets to run it because he saw the need and filled the gap plain and simple. Why do I get the opportunity to speak about Veterans here in Pittsburgh and in DC? Because I saw the need for a Post 9/11 Veterans Support Organization and rather than just sitting back and complaining and saying there should be such an organization, I started it. So rather than wasting your time complaining about someone taking his/her time to try and help his brothers and sisters-in-arms, side-step right, and stand there and say thank you. Or better yet, take your energy and try to find a way to help your fellow Veterans.
