That is what a democracy is. And that is what allowed the republicans to prevent Obama from doing most of what he wanted to do when democrats controlled the White House and Congress. In the election HRC got more votes than DJT but as we are not a direct democracy that really doesn&#39;t matter for anything other than to show who more people liked.
