All paperwork submitted, PT test done and all until I'm getting words that my SSD1 is not showing up in ATRRS. Matter fact, it doesn't even show that I was ever registered for the class.<br />How's that possible when I have a printed certificate of completion???!!! Why does SSD1 show up on my ATRRS? 2015-08-04T06:59:36-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 864057 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm slotted to attend WLC. Some automated systems are not perfect and stuff like this happens all the time. I&#39;m not saying that it makes it right, but it happens. The day my CW3 board started a few years ago, my most recent OER still wasn&#39;t showing up in my board file. I was on the phone with the OIC of the OER department and my Branch manager trying to find out what was going on. When my file was uploaded, the OER was blank. I almost had a heart attack. My Branch manager assured me that the board members could see the file and I guess they could because I got promoted. The point is, it was a glitch in the system that screwed up my file. Be patient and let your leadership work for you. That was an issue for our Soldiers. Or are you checking your detailed training record? Might need to call the help desk and have them fix it. All issues our Soldiers have had Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 4 at 2015 10:17 AM 2015-08-04T10:17:34-04:00 2015-08-04T10:17:34-04:00 MSG Private RallyPoint Member 864655 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Your certificate should be enough for your Schools NCO to push for an update. Be sure to involve them with talking to ATTRS folk in your higher food chain. Also, contact the NCOA for their guidance on in-processing. You may not be the only one experiencing this issue and sometimes they can input from their end. Congrats on getting slotted, now ROCK WLC!!! Check on your army career tracker and it should show that you completed ssd1 on there. Systems have glitches so don't worry. You may be the victim of a UA, S1 or training NCO that had some type of issue as well and your certificate didn't get where it was suppose to get on time and in the manner it should. The main thing is you have a printed certificate of completion. Make ten copies of it and keep a few for yourself in your "me Book". Make sure it shows complete in ALMS (there was one course that was external to it's module, make sure your current course list is clear), take a snapshot of the completion on the ALMS page, then submit that and the certificate with the ATHD helpdesk ticket requesting them to push the completion as it is not reflecting in ATRRS as complete. <br />However, the certificate should get you into the class in the interim. Best of luck. Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 10 at 2016 9:25 AM 2016-08-10T09:25:08-04:00 2016-08-10T09:25:08-04:00 2015-08-04T06:59:36-04:00
