Why do you think the Supreme Court draft opinion on abortion was leaked?

Crazy turn of events with SCOTUS on Roe vs. Wade. The leaked draft has been confirmed as real by Chief Justice John Roberts yet the reason remains unclear. As such taking a poll to see what RP thinks the reasoning is.

So it would cause discourse in the streets and massive protesting in an attempt to influence the Justices. Not gonna happen though.

The "leaker" got himself in a helluva mess. If he had done it openly, I expect the Left would have hailed him as a hero. Now, if (or when) he is discovered, he is less a hero, and more a sneak who violated a cherished tradition of the Court for the sake of a personal political goal.
It was reported that the document was a draft of the majority opinion of the Court. In that case, I assume the final vote was taken, Roe v. Wade was struck down, and it was "all over but the shoutin". This leak was an early start to that "shoutin".
