Bad news. Even if we decided to attack Libyans without notifying their government, there were no assets available that could gear up, launch, and be on target before the next morning. I think that military members view support (budget) and respect of the military as an institution (not the same as concern/pity for military members) as very significant issues. The reputation of the Republican Party is stronger in those areas than the Democrats. Having said that, I still find Mr. Trumps belief that the military would torture prisoners and target the non-combatant families of the enemy on his orders as unforgiveable. Also, this is just one poll, and if we've learned anything in this primary cycle, it should be that one poll on its own isn't worth a whole lot.
