I think in order to post or respond to questions, post, stories you should have to have your actual clear picture and your name (none of this anonymous crap). People tend to be too free with their words from the safety of keyboard, but if must identify yourself, most will think twice before getting to ridiculous (especially if they are still in).

I have to admit, when I was first joining RallyPoint, I was hesitant to post certain information about myself. Hell, I still haven't answered the Clearance level because if it is that important for somebody to know about, they can have their S2 check.

I don't really know of any good, sound reasoning for not having a profile picture. "Not computer savvy" and "just don't really care" or "require anonymity" just doesn't wash for me. Without a valid, clear profile picture, RP members should not be verified nor allowed to post or comment. Their membership should be reverted back to Unverified until they have a proper profile picture and be made "read only members. If a member doesn't care to share their picture, then they shouldn't mind, to terribly, not being able to post or comment. If they want to be heard, then they need to be seen, as well.

RallyPoint Administrators, this is just some food for thought.

Mainly because it hasn't been high enough on my priority list, SGT Private RallyPoint Member. Once upon a time I was planning on posting a "then and now" image (once I found a pair of appropriately handsome photos of yours truly), but my task list keeps growing while my supply of round tuits does not....
