Why do we have to wait 365 days for a decision to be made on our appeals? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/why-do-we-have-to-wait-365-days-for-a-decision-to-be-made-on-our-appeals

Spc Katrena Green
I was denied disability 3 times when I got out in 2015. I was in perfect health when I joined at 26 in 2009. As a result of the Illnesses and injuries incurred during my military service I had to change careers. Fast forward to February 2020 when I finally got 50% disability for my flat feet. However, my appeal for severe asthma, chronic sinusitis, allergy rhinitis, now 4 nasal polyp surgeries, are on appeal waiting to be sent to a Judge since December 2019. In all honesty, you will likely have your disability reduced if not stopped for your flat feet, especially if you enlisted with flat feet. Only you and you alone knows your full story, outsiders don't, some will hate on you and others will prey for you. Only God knows what he's going to give you, because it's for you and no one can take it away. I wish you well in your
journey. Remember only God has a plan for you that can not be broken no matter what the
nay-sayers continue to bark-out :-). Good Luck!!
