If the wealthy can spend their money: let them. Somebody who is not wealthy reaps the benefits. <br />It wasn't the Pharos who built the pyramids; it was thousands of craftsmen who were paid for their labor. If India's super rich are recognizing the Indian's government inability to manage and handle the Pandemic, why should they stick around like the other 1.3 billion people? Let them run.
