If they escape and get thrown in a Mex jail, let the U.S. Embassy staff wait a month to pick them up. I am sure there will be less people wanting to leave the US prisons. It would be deemed as slavery. Federal Prisons had an inmate industry making goods called UNICOR. Most have been closed. Businesses,and Members of Congress not happy with UNICOR.
