My second choice would be Rudy, and don't think that Petraeus would pass a senate confirmation because he broke the law, just like Hillary! I understand that Giuliani and Gen. Petraeus seem like team Trump favorites and Romney would be a sign of working to mend...whatever people think needs mending? I think going outside the box makes more sense...and maybe a Bob Corker...but would actually advise him to reverse his process on this and pick a person who is most knowledgeable on the most important international relations moving forward...China, Middle East, Iran (Iran intentional listed separate of the Middle East for geo-political reasons), Russia or Europe?
