Also there was a promotion that was pinned in June but pay has still not increased at this point. Most likely he didn&#39;t turn in all the documents to finance necessary to release the bonus. S1 will have the list, it&#39;s standard for inprocessing new Soldiers.<br />For the pay he simply has to provide a copy of his promotion orders to finance.
