For reference for those who have yet to see anything about it (I hadn't until I saw this post and said "Wth is ARCT?")

They're still testing it and they don't even have figured out how to score it for a standard pass/fail. Look how long they've been doing all this. Literally decades they've spent trying to fix the APFT and find a combat test the last decade.

SFC Stephen King I like it. Functional tests of strength. Not just simple hinge exercises paired w/ a run.
