I read the criteria, and I'm short endorsements from my peers ( They leave the Military in the closet with their uniform at 1700, per one of my battle buddies) I really enjoy this community of professionals and I would like to be more active!

SGT Castleman,
Three- and four-star administrators are able to award Blue Ribbons. When you're ready to have your profile reviewed, you can submit a request via the Feedback Form. In my opinion, your profile looks good but could benefit from making a few more connections.

Thanks a lot, I will try to network a bit more and submit my request. I have seen a lot of your input on the site, I look forward to the day you join the NCO corps.

If SPC Thundercloud is even half as good in person as she has demonstrated herself on RP, she'll make for one hell of an NCO! She has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities with her well thought out questions and answers, always shows respect to others and is eager to motivate her fellow Soldier.

You can also look at my profile. There are plenty of Blue Ribbon profiles out there so just look around. If you want, I can look at the profile as well as a 3-star user admin and let you know what you might want to add.

When you get the chance can you take a look at my profile and make suggestions. I'm going to encourage my Soldiers to create a profile to engage with peers and leaders. I want mine to be the best it can so I can give them a good example to follow. Thanks in advance.

Your profile is looking pretty good. I see you got information for each of your assignments and your deployments. Got some classes listed and some interests listed. It looks pretty darn good. I would used the Feedback button on the right or send an email to [login to see] and ask for their final review.

Keep in mind that your profile needs to be at 100%. I see that you are almost there. That last 5% was the hardest for me, but keep working at it...you're very close.

Oops, disregard. LT Blais is corret further down. It says you don't have to have 100%, but the more the better.

SGT - You are getting close on your profile, but you're not quite there yet. The things I see you're missing are at least 1 endorsement and a 100% complete profile. If you complete the profile, I can recommend you for the Blue Ribbon. The endorsement I'm taking care of now.

You don't need 100% profile, it says so in the requirements. It would be hard to get 100% profile if lets say you don't use Facebook and that's 5% of the 100%.
