I need a physical copy 1 to 1 for damn near everything in the iPerms, this is especially true for first time reviews.

After that, I just have them show me their copy as we go along, if they cant prove they have it, it has to go if they cant provide it or explain where its at, if its not in the record, it gets added. SRB should match up, as well as a PPW if you really wanna get thorough and protect them from a bad audit.

Theres more to it, but these are some of the things Im looking for as they walk into the S1. First, you need to attain iPERMS w/records manager access. Once all that is completed you've to initiate to the person who needs it. It's really a long, lengthy process I won't explain it all here as it's best given a walk through by observation. I've completed about 50+ of these. Too much typing to explain it all.
