There are at least three titles that you could give a try and they do not fall under the normal superhero genre. These titles are Chew, Saga and Walking Dead. Mostly I read Marvel (X-Men, Spider-Man), but Image (Spawn), Dark Horse (Predator, Aliens, Halo) Valiant (Rai, Bloodshot), and even IDW (7th Sword) come up with some of my favorite collector's items from time to time. DC. I Love Marvel for the creative way of making the characters have so much in depth stories. DC. has some of the most famous ones by all means. Although I do like the Grimm Fairy tales, and Alice in Wonderland by Zenescope.
