Who is the POC for photographing the aircraft "graveyards" on military installations?

I'm sure I have seen my beloved Kiowas shrink-wrapped in the "graveyard" on Davis Monthan AFB. I'm dying to get permission to enter and photgraph the beginning of their end of their 45 years of service. I am getting swamped with requests from the scout helicopter community for pictures. I would imagine it is their public affairs people, but I'm not sure. Tango Mike.
