Indeed, any who would want to inherit the mess being left by this Administration should automatically qualify for a mandatory 48-hour hold for psychiatric testing.<br /><br />Seriously, the most important qualification for President is a vision for America. It seems that the last person I wanted, Colin Powell, demurred for the stated reason that he lacked such a vision (although he certainly had the leadership and executive qualifications aplenty)
