I have been with them for over 20 years...and they have gone above and beyond ever-single-time I've needed them. They pride themselves on customer service. Obviously - the rates they quote you will depend on your driving record and number of claims you have filed in the past.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 5 at 2019 12:54 AM2019-01-05T00:54:24-05:002019-01-05T00:54:24-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4260568<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I use USAA. Every year or so I shop around for new quotes on auto insurance and sometimes it's Geico or Allstate. They've all treated me very well whenever I've had an accident. But I prefer USAA the most. They will go out of their way to do things other companies won't.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 5 at 2019 1:02 AM2019-01-05T01:02:38-05:002019-01-05T01:02:38-05:00LTC Jason Mackay4261934<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I use USAA. I have USAA for my vehicles and Harley Davidson Insurance for the motorcycle. You may have better luck with others. I'd recommend staying away from the "budget" companies like "The General, SafeAuto, and Billy Bob's Hamburgers, Fries, and Insurance. You might save a few dollars in premiums and (hopefully) meet your state's minimum requirements for liability but have a huge legal hassle trying to get them to pay a claim.Response by MSgt Steven Holt, NRP, CCEMT-P made Jan 5 at 2019 5:06 PM2019-01-05T17:06:38-05:002019-01-05T17:06:38-05:00SFC Ralph E Kelley4263573<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>USAA is good but I use SAFECO, which is better if you have teenagers driving.Response by SFC Ralph E Kelley made Jan 6 at 2019 10:08 AM2019-01-06T10:08:31-05:002019-01-06T10:08:31-05:002019-01-04T18:31:39-05:00
