Who here can translate Army Medical writing in medical files?

I have some army medical records I would like to get deciphered. Was hoping some current or former medical folks could tell me what is written.

That is a seriously tall order. Check out the Military Medical Field Manual Reference Library. FM 8-10-6 might be the best for basic info. Most comes straight from the civilian world, though google "medical terms and abbreviations" will get you most of the way there.

The writing on my medical paperwork is hard to understand. Most of it is in cursive, but since it is medical terminology, it makes it difficult for the average reader to put two and two together to figure out what is written.

When was it written and By Whom... A Doc Nurse or a medic...
