Who has the lowest VA mortgage rates?

I've been owning a home in GA now for just over a year. Currently owe on it just over $190k at 3.25 APR under VA rate

Do you know any other company that can beat that? If not, who's your current mortgage banker? I'm definitely looking for a FIXED rate. Talk to me

That's pretty damn good for the VA. With not having to put any money down and avoiding PMI I think that's going to be tough to beat!

I have that rate on my fixed VA loan for a $206,000 loan. Without money down and no PMI you probably are not going to get any better of a rate!

Pay off the low rate VA loan and NEVER sell it to the next buyer or you will not be eligible again for another VA loan. One of your best benefits..... Hooah!!!

I just closed at 3.75 in Georgia and like the rest I was charged zero points and no PMI.
