Well, I'll tell ya Pilgrim (John Wayne must have said this at least once), I still have mine from Hotel Co., 3rdBN, PI 1978. No autographs because we were too busy getting on a bus headed for the first cold beer we could find. Mine was at Charleston SC Airport. The mood was so much better leaving than the last time we crossed the bridge coming on The Island. Every time I see a flatbed of live chickens heading to the plant it reminds me of the silence aboard the bus arriving at zero dark thirty. You could have heard a mouse fart, and all but a few were wide awake, like scared rabbits in a cage.

Sgt William Pilgrim Jr. I have mine, Plt 1028, June 1968, MCRD, San Diego. How did you end up with 200 books, are you a collector?

Sgt William Pilgrim Jr., I still have mine, however the years have not been good to the spine. I was looking into finding some way to recondition it and that's a did. I was a Hollywood Marine in Second Battalion, Platoon 2067 graduated on 3 October, 1973. I made sure not to mention to my DI's that that is my birthday. LoL you can message if you do by chance have one.
