Hillary Clinton is the Favorite to Win the Democratic Nomination. If VP Joe Biden enters the race; is it possible for him or Bernie Sanders to take the Nomination?

Not a Democrat so it doesn't matter to me. But I would like to have anyone but Clinton win the Democratic nomination.

I think Joe Biden has a lot of supporters but him entering the race this late may cost him. I think Bernie Sanders will win,

My money would be on Biden since many contributors are leaving Hillary and the left sees a sinking ship. Who does well really doesn't matter, others will provide the narrative and declare the winner, that certainly be a populist. (Most likely a Democrat :))

Strategically speaking, the Democratic Party is doing the smart thing by not fielding too many candidates at the same time. Remember that Mr. Sanders is NOT a Democrat. He's an Independent who votes "with" the Democrats. It's a fine distinction, but an important one.

Compare that to the Republican Party who has too many candidates fielded at the moment. They are diluting their message at the moment, as they each vie for attention. It's a bad game of king of the mountain. As they fight with each other, the Democratic Party is campaigning. Mr. Sanders & Ms. Clinton just campaign their message, and they don't fight each other.

Now, if one of them does get knocked out, their message just gets stronger. If Ms. Clinton gets knocked out, then the Party has the option of assessing Mr. Sanders chances, or convincing Hon. Mr. Biden to run.

It's all strategy, and if you ignore "message" the Democrats just play a better game at this point.

I am "thinking" Bernie Sanders may overtake Clinton, and if the VP runs, the race gets significantly more complicated and a chance of Sanders or Biden winning the nomination is a lot higher than Clinton.

Obviously guesses to a certain extent, but you asked :)

The nomination is Hillary's to lose at this point. The real question is if she is indicted for security violations, will it make any difference to Democrat voters?

Sanders will win the debate based on his crowd-raising performance so far. Don't know if that translates to the nomination though

My first thought was that CNN would be the clear winner of this debate. Then I thought well, maybe Saturday Night Live will get more traction out of the debate. But then it hit me...if either Hillary or Bernie does more to each other than googly eyed hand holding and collegial chanting of the Democratic Party line, Donald Trump will be the winner.
