My grandfather (WWII Vet) isn't doing well and as the doctor says and without getting into too much detail "It's the beginning of the end". I'm just planning ahead since I almost had an issue with getting my uncle Honors for his service (Navy). I need to get information to prepare for what is to come.Who do I contact for WWII Vet Army Air Corps honors?2016-04-20T09:27:07-04:00PO1 Private RallyPoint Member1465229<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm planning ahead with the news I've received. I'm assume he was attached with a Marine squadron while he was serving. I would figure the Army would be the ones to get in touch with but since he had recondition with the Marines, it was a toss up. I imagine that our hometown Legion would be there too.Response by PO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 20 at 2016 9:31 AM2016-04-20T09:31:23-04:002016-04-20T09:31:23-04:00Capt Seid Waddell1465300<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Request Your Military Service Records Online, by Mail, or by Fax<br /><a target="_blank" href="https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/#evetrecs">https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/#evetrecs</a> <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default">
