Any regulation dealing with such instances? Who can confiscate a military license? The commander signs off on them so is it limited to him and/or a 1st Sgt? 2018-02-18T18:06:11-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 3367282 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Can a platoon or crew chief confiscate another soldiers military driving license? I&#39;m also betting he knows what&#39;s going on. Any service member with general military authority can stop an unsafe act, including the operation of military vehicles if they are so inclined. I can say that, in the aviation world, anyone regardless of rank can kill a mission if they feel that the conditions are unsafe.
