I had no children involved in my first marriage. I did just fine, I like to keep busy, lonely nights suck, but that's why I had my daughters for comfort, I worked two jobs. Now that I'm in the military, divorced, It feels no differnet with out my ex-husband, I'm still paying my own bills, taking care of my kids on my own, same routine. Definitely a lot harder of the person serving. Hours can suck. Commands can suck. But from my personal experience, military spouse is not the hardest job in the military.
