PVT Private RallyPoint Member 5451936 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I&#39;m currently in split ops and last summer I just completed basic training but still have to go to AIT after I graduate high school and I wanted to if it was possible to change my mos from 11B to 68W and go active duty from the national guard? How long would that take? While in between basic and AIT under the split ops option for NG, would I be able to change my MOS and go active duty? 2020-01-17T10:01:34-05:00 PVT Private RallyPoint Member 5451936 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I&#39;m currently in split ops and last summer I just completed basic training but still have to go to AIT after I graduate high school and I wanted to if it was possible to change my mos from 11B to 68W and go active duty from the national guard? Are there any 68W slots in your state? Is your 11B MOS tied to a bonus for you? There are so many variables. So many, in fact, I would highly recommend you speak with your unit and a recruiter. They are the ones that can/will give you the proper answer. I would highly recommend you not hold your breath, though. Speaking off the cuff I can&#39;t imagine a conditional release being granted at this point, but you could take a shot at submitting a 368. It seems like there might be a shot at changing your AIT to 68W, but again I have nothing to back that up and you should speak to a recruiter.
