Although the only one I lived in was Naples (for 3 years), I have spent a lot of time in both New Orleans and West Palm Beach, for both business and pleasure.<br /><br />Of those, I would certainly recommend Naples, Italy, from a purely location aspect (not duty, as I do not know what you would be doing at any of the locations). It is a wonderful place to live and there is just so much more to see and do there and within reasonable driving distance than the other locations.Response by COL Jean (John) F.
