DD Form 2977 is the form you will need. That being you really only need one for PT if you&#39;re doing something aside from the ordinary running or MSE. A good rule of thumb for whether or not something is required by a regulation is to ask yourself, &quot;can someone possibly get hurt doing it?&quot; If the answer is yes, they you need a risk assessment. If the answer is no, then you probably still need to do a risk assessment.
