Ethics often is in question or even political correctness gets involved. What'is hard now is being candid with out offending to someone who never had their habits ideals and decisions criticized. Making the correct decision will almost always seem unfair to someone. As leaders we must always attempt walk a fine line. Even, sometimes when you think they aren't they turn out to be good. For example the right is right that too much money in education doesn't necessarily lead to better outcomes, and perhaps a little fiscal pressure is good. On the other hand the left is right that too much pressure does start leading to compromised outcomes. The challenge is finding the right spot between the two and what that optomized answer is likely varies by community.
