I have the option to go to fort Bragg or to Alaska? which station should I choose, I am a 25B. which would be more fun, less restricting(on leave), have more freedom to do things. I don't want to be at a unit that has nagging sergeants all the time or constantly having to do infantry work as a 25B. I don't mind PT or having to do PT standards like infantry men because I'm fit...I just don't want to have to do jobs like them. I want to be a 25B in a relaxed environment. haha I'm sure there is no avoiding motor pool Mondays so I don't care about that I just want to make the best decision here. Any advice would be great. I also hear people who have Bragg have little to no weekend times and you can lose your family being stationed there because of people saying work is never done. Please help.

"I don't want to be at a unit that has nagging sergeants all the time" You mean you don't want to be around NCO's doing their job?

PFC (Join to see) Private, realize that there is an incredibly high possibility that someone from your current or future chain of command is watching you disrespect Field Grade Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers on this post. The army is small.

PFC (Join to see) - And you thought your "I don't want to be at a unit that has nagging sergeants all the time" was going to elicit anything helpful?
Here is the only tip I have for you and I'll leave you to your own resources, as I would not want to bother you with my nagging.
Dont trash talk the people you are asking for help from.
Best of luck to you.....If you would like, Id be happy to pass along your nagging concerns to the senior NCOs of the unit you end up at.

It do not matter where you go in life until you stop expecting something without putting forth effort and energy the result will always be the same. I noticed that there is an I problem. If you want winning results stop whining and get productive in your actions and that will take you just about where you want to be.

The answer you’re seeking is obvious!
You need to go to Fort Livingroom. That’s the only duty station where you’ll find what you’re seeking....
