Which duty station, following the "trail", would be the best option to pursue for professional growth in our density?

SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member, I can't see anything on your profile except for your current assignment. Don't know if you haven't filled the history section out or if you have a privacy setting on. Hard to discuss where to go next without knowing what experience you've had prior to going on the trail. What level of leadership you've completed, and what commands you have been assigned to. No one should give you advice on where to go without knowing that information.

You may want to consider CBRN Warrant Officer. Do you have at least 1 year rated time in a verified CBRN billet?

You need time in a leadership position with a CBRN platoon. Are you L5 or L6 qualified? You might consider Recon. I don't know how you feel about Strikers, but NBCRV may be the thing. Otherwise look at decon.

Consider 20th CBRN CMD. they have units in Hood, Carson, and Campbell.

Leadership time is never frowned upon. If you haven’t completed your NCOES, that should be sought after. Balance your staff time with troop time coming out of TRADOC. Airborne assignment or another hooah assignment would also be beneficial if you haven’t done so. Like someone stated earlier it’s hard to gauge not knowing your experience.
