Because there was no racial component to this. It was, for lack of a better term, three a**holes that hit a soft target. You want this to be a racial issue because of who was involved instead of being outraged that three a**holes murdered a pregnant woman. Stop trolling and go back to sleep

Sadly and predictably, this violent tragedy doesn't fit the chosen agenda of the media intelligencia. It cannot be used to further an evil agenda that is dividing our country. The fact that the prosecutor has chosen to seek an enhanced penalty also doesn't go well with the media elites who consider unborn children in their mother's womb as "nonviable tissue" only to be harvested for profit. The sad truth of the matter is this: if a story is sensational, inflammatory, and decisive it will receive great circulation; if it doesn't support the agenda, the story gets buried, ridiculed, and ignored. The real thing to take away from this story is that All Lives Matter, even the Unborn. Pray for God's love and comfort to surround this young pastor and his family. ...

I'll say it since no one else will. If the roles were reversed the media would be making this a racial issue: "White men rape and kill black woman."

There's no outcry because it doesn't fit the narrative. For 50 years, the cultural Marxists that have taken over our educational system and entertainment & news medias have been pushing the idea that the United States is an inherently racist nation, that whites are evil oppressors and that blacks are universally victims of the systems evil, oppressive, racist systems whites have created. This is despite the fact that objective numbers say otherwise. Blacks who complete high school, get a full-time job and don't have kids before being 21 or married, preferably both, do about as well as whites in this nation. Sometimes significantly better if they majored in a good field in college.

If one seriously examines the numbers, one finds that blacks are far more likely to be victims of violent crime from other blacks than from whites and that interracial crimes are hugely out of balance towards blacks attacking whites. Moreover, most of the systemic problems of the black community are a direct result of government policies, most initiated by Democrats, that have destroyed the black family, wrecked the educational system, subsidized terrible life choices and promoted dependency and a false sense of victimhood and it's handmaiden, a bloated sense of entitlement.

Because this DOESN'T sell the news! Because this is not on the agenda of the Media! Because White lives do not matter....well they do...of course they do...but the Media and the left Don't care....It's not something they can build up, hype up and make a big deal out of and get the whole country stirred up.
If this were reversed it would be all over the news. A PREGNANT WOMAN being raped and murdered IS FAR more of a crime than a thug getting killed....This is two for one...that baby will never get a chance at life because of the JERKS...and it should have been all over the news from the very git go, but it wasn't. It wasn't because it doesn't sell the news. It wasn't because it's something the Media cannot or does not want to sensationalize...because the MEDIA knows that White folk are not going to go crazy and act like fools and throw up race in everyone's face and make a huge spectacle about it....and that is such a crock. it's a crock the way the media sensationalizes and tries to keep race out from and keep people hating one another.

If convicted, and they get extra time because the woman was pregnant and the child died too. The enhanced penalties will take this all the way to the Supreme Court where the court will have to rule on whether or not a fetus is a person.

If they rule in favor of the state, it will have a wide ranging effect on a lot of the abortion arguments around the country.
