Like is it an MOS related class etc.Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 2 at 2016 11:30 AM2016-12-02T11:30:43-05:002016-12-02T11:30:43-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member2126911<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>your squad leader? use your chain of command.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 2 at 2016 11:39 AM2016-12-02T11:39:15-05:002016-12-02T11:39:15-05:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member2126998<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you have any company level memoranda in your email in box, you can at least start with that as a template for formatting. You can also check with your S1 for examples of memos. Your NCO should be able to help with that. And if all of that fails, google might provide the answer.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 2 at 2016 12:14 PM2016-12-02T12:14:42-05:002016-12-02T12:14:42-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member2127600<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Providing you don't have a jacked up training room, you pass up your desire to attend courses through your platoon, and then your PSG will talk to whoever in your company runs schools. Per your units mission and manning, you may or may not be authorized said course. If you are, and your unit has sent Soldiers to it, they should already have the bulk of the school packet complete, they'd just need to change names and dates. If it's a less sought course, there might be additional memos they don't have readily available. Then it's going off of the ATRRS course catalog for course dates, coupled with your BN or BDE checking to see if they already have preexisting seats for those dates (some courses/units have preset quotas for FY/TYs). If they don't and its a popular course, you might get wait listed, and be waiting till the last couple weeks leading to the course start.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 2 at 2016 3:08 PM2016-12-02T15:08:59-05:002016-12-02T15:08:59-05:002016-12-02T11:19:23-05:00
