I have moved from Fla to Maryland and would like to receive VA bennies up here in Maryland. My last phone call was received from a Doctor I could not understand gave me a phone # for Providence RI to receive help, a number that would not answer and a phone number for a Doctor that was not accepting patients, and last but not least was told that someone would call me back, never happened....Anyone out there can assist?
