Seems as though it&#39;s being avoided, but I&#39;ll handle it. I have it documented on my 1750 packing list. I just need guidance on where to go. Where can I go to find guidance on field loss? 2020-04-01T12:42:46-04:00 SGT Derick J. 5728117 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Lost an OCIE item while currently in theater. Investigating officer will make a recommendation on whether or not you are financially liable for the loss. IIRC, the first O5 in your chain of command can sign off on it. My last deployment I found dozens of connexes full of stuff that units had left in country and some LTC had written it off as field loss.
