Where can I go if my CoC cannot help me? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/where-can-i-go-if-my-coc-cannot-help-me

I have a severe issue with my roommate, leading to an extremely hostile barracks environment. Currently being seen at my unit's EBH clinic for depression and social anxiety. Sadly, since I am 51 days from my ETS, they will not allow an administrative separation. Issues with my roommate fall under things like, him not respecting my own space in our shared room, him bringing random local girls in and having sex while I'm in the same room, him talking loudly on the phone until 3 am on work nights.
On one of the instances (him not respecting my space) I recently acted upon. He uses a lot of different hair products, so much that he cannot fit them on his side of the sink or in his medicine cabinet. I told him multiple times to please keep them off my side of the sink, and I simply moved them to the other side. He moved them back, so I gave him an ultimatum. Keep them on his side, or I would throw them out. He responded with "Throw them out, see what happens nigga!" That was 6 days ago, and this morning I found his stuff back on my side. I moved them one last time, and when he put them back i simply put what was on my side into a trash bag and threw it away. I notified my leadership of my problems long ago and nothing has been done. Once he discovers his things have been thrown away, he may contact the MP's, which I understand. The thing is, my leadership was tracking there was an issue with him long before anything needed to escalate to this. Could I possibly take this to IG? My $.02, you're 51 days away from never dealing with him again, screw what's on the sink. SFC Marc W. Why would you decide that now's the time to get into it with your roommate? The throwing out of his personal property is actionable, if he makes a big enough stink out of it. If you have any leave, put in for terminal leave and start outprocessing. To answer your question, you can talk to your leadership and if they don't act, you can go to IG. Personally, I think that it would be less of a headache to just tolerate it and for a couple months until ETS. You're less than two months from never laying eyes on him again. Just man up for these 51 days and tolerate him as best as you can. Some soldiers have a lot worse problems than an unfriendly relationship with a roommate. Best of luck. Actual offenses that have been committed, you destroyed personal property and he may have violated the Barracks policy by having intercourse in the room. Other than that stop whining like a 6 year old. Oh no his stuff is on my side. Have you put in a formal request to be moved to a different room? Throwing your roommate's stuff away was not a smart move. I got rid of one roommate by calling the MPs when they had an unauthorized guest fast asleep in there with them. I did it because they set my pillow and afghan out on the doorstep with a note asking me to come back in the morning. I would have ignored the guest otherwise. Living at close quarters is something we all have to put up with. Close as you are to the end, can you take terminal leave to get out of there quicker? It does sound like a frustrating situation.
