It gives an explanation of what each MOS is and the physical intensity associated with it. I would spend a significantly larger portion of my energy preparing physically for basic, if I were you. You should start by waking up at 0500 every morning and doing PT. That should help you prepare. Don&#39;t worry too much about the minutia. Pick an MOS that seems interesting to you.
