From what I've read on the City Data forums the few people who are selling stuff are selling at high prices. Apparently, before the quarantines went into effect, a lot of people started buy up workout equipment from the stores and online which created a shortage. If you can't find anything you may need to improvise and get a little creative. Do you live in a house/apartment or in the barracks? Most posts have kept the outdoor workout areas open (pullup bars, ropes, gym-in-a-box, etc). Just because you are used to living in the gym doesn't mean it's not possible to exercise without weights.
Try running, rucking, calisthenics...ya know stuff that you'll likely do as a Soldier. I don't see many applications of a decline bench or a flat-fly in combat. But you'll definitely run, ruck, pull-up, squat.

It's as if people forget that gyms/equipment didn't always exist throughout human history.... A folded fleece blanket makes for a decent mat. A playground ball is good for legs, abs, etc. Improvise and have fun FN Jennifer Krueger Thu, 14 May 2020 03:05:02 -0400 2020-05-14T03:05:02-04:00 2020-05-12T22:27:40-04:00
