Where can I find info on the lodging/cottages located on military installations (that can be used for leisure purposes)?

Google "military recreational lodging", you'll get results for all the services MWR lodging facilities.
Then pick and choose at your leisure.

Literally every major and most minor installations have lodging. They don't really care about your reasons for booking. As for recreation, look up you installation MWR. Also, if you're single look up better opportunities for single soldiers. I can't recall any cadets or officers being involved with BOSS, but I don't see any reason why they can't take advantage of a program for single soldiers.
