Although I have read in AR 600-8-22 sec 5-2 that I am authorized to wear my previously earned awards (with the exception of two), I am uncertain of how it would look in an Army uniform. Also, I have individual awards with a gold border which means they were earned in a combat zone, so they are worn on the left. Gold borders in the Army means that they are unit awards and worn on the right. My questions are:

1. Are the gold border (individual) awards I earned still worn on the left?
2. Are the unit awards I have authorized, even though they don't have the gold borders?
3. Or is it best if I just do not wear my ribbons?Where can I find guidance on wearing the Army Service Uniform as an officer with Air Force ribbons and unit awards?2021-03-15T15:16:40-04:002LT Private RallyPoint Member6825646

I am a prior service Airman who commissions in the Army in May.
