Where can I find dates for OCS Structured Interview for COL level?

I am trying to attend this OCS Structured Interview run by COL level since it's a mandatory to drop a OCS packet but I have zero idea where to find this interview dates. I heard there are only 2 structured interview annually.

Your BDE S1 schedules the structure interview for you, and its a MAJ and two CPT that will interview you not a COL.

Have you check with your S1? That is your Unit S1's responsibility to schedule your structured interview as stated in the MILPER message.
