<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am on Scroll P01-19. My scroll is at the SEC DEF level now and has been for about a week or two based off of threads on RP. The tracker has shown my scroll stuck at Army SEC for awhile now with no movement. I gave up looking on the tracker, its always behind. I&#39;m guessing you are not that far behind me if that&#39;s any consolation. I&#39;m also guessing I&#39;ll find out that I&#39;m promoted when my global email says LTC. Lol
