Where can I find an example of an NCOER Waiver Memo for a Predetermination Packet?

Warrant Officer Predetermination Packet.

I am currently putting together my pre determination packet for 255A. I need to submit a waiver request for not having NCOER's as I am not a Non Commissioned Officer. Has anyone been through this process or know exactly to put on the waiver memorandum?

Have negotiated my ‘enlistment contract’ represented myself at OEB Board at Walter Reed, NCOIC of Enlisted Promotions during entire ‘Actuve Duty’ Army career, and filed Federal Discrimination law suit against DID GS7 Supetvisot at Camp LeJeune MCB and WON all of my cases. Also literally‘worked’ the E7 promotion Board at Ft Benjamin Harrison as an E4 under 1.

I would recommend getting together all the information that you have that shows your technical acumen and leadership ability as both are important.
References to civilian and military education courses, certifications, awards, and counseling statements all lend to the body of knowledge.
On the WO recruiting page there is contact info for the proponent manager for each MOS. They will be happy to answer your questions.
