Where are you most likely to get music for your personal collection?

I'd like to figure out which platforms seem to be most popular. Right now, my music is on YouTube, SoundCloud, and Reverbnation, but I plan to expand in the future to most others.

I haven't bought music in a long time, but my collection is all CD with about 8 iTunes downloads. The eSong stuff are single tracks that I liked but didn't care for the rest of the album. That way I can rip the CD into whatever I want.

I still tend to buy physical media and then rip them on my own to my computer. This way I can control the quality of the rip. I also purchase music from iTunes and other online stores, but I purchase physical media is the most. Here is the program I use for my rips:

I like to play YouTube Roulette. I start my day with a few cups of Coffee and I play a music video From there, YouTube takes over. It automatically generates songs in the same Genre. I've actually found some very entertaining songs that I've forgotten or just discovered.

If you're lucky, your personal collection are from bands who allow trading and make lossless media such as .flac available. 2d choice is CD I can rip to the quality I want, and last choice is lossy media such as mp3 bought from popular song sites.
