The original ban, passed in 2010, extends to Arizona’s public and charter primary and secondary schools.

If approved, the new expansion would prohibit colleges and universities in Arizona from holding classes that ‘promote division, resentment, or social justice toward a race, gender, religion, political affiliation, social class or other class’ in addition to classes targeting a single ethnic group. The sea of hatred and intolerance has become bigger and angrier creating bigger cracks and holes in the wall that stems back the flow, and the individuals that fight the good fight to ensure equality for all, sure aren't a lot of us standing their with our fingers plugged into those holes and cracks. Secondly, on a personal level, were the immediate changes I saw after the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Black folks were now allowed to sit at the counter in the local Reads Drug Store and eat lunch. A black man walked down the beach at Ocean City, Md. surrounded by a platoon of body guards but there was no trouble. People accepted the righteousness of equality in that situation. My dentist hired a black Dental Hygienist and felt compelled to ask me if I had objections to a black lady working with me. Of course not. Thirdly, again on a personal level, my eyes were opened to the discrimination against people because of the color of their skin. I've known black people all my life but had never given thought to racial discrimination until the Civil Rights movement and the 1964 law spotlighted the unfair way people were treated in this country at the time. As a youngster in the 40's, 50's and 60's my world revolved around my family, my friends and school with little attention paid to other more worldly events until the Civil Rights movement began to successfuly highlight the problem of discrimination. Thank God for those people that fought so hard for equality.
